Important COVID-19 Information

We ship most orders from our China Warehouses or directly from the manufacturers warehouses in China
Under normal circumstances it takes about. 15 business days to be delivered to the the most locations.
Because of this pandemic issue worldwide near all airplanes are grounded and only cargo airplanes
deliver to your country at the moment.

*Impact to items leaving China for International delivery*
We are processing items from China for delivery as usual, though the transit of mail
across and through China is affected. A number of international airlines have suspended flights
to mainland China, and some border ports in neighboring countries are also temporarily closed.
China Post will temporarily store affected transit mail (air and surface) and will transport it
to the destination countries when these transport options are once again available.
Delays should be expected in transport and delivery during this period.

We do apologize for this unexpected delay but be assured it will get delivered.
We are absolutely unhappy with this situation and are as upset as you might be it hurts our
business tremendously. We are now using other shipping methods that are faster and
unfortunately more expensive (shipping cost have increased more than 40% by now) at no additional cost for you.
