Question: I want to change the delivery address
Answer: You must inform you the same day you placed your order as we process the orders the next day and after that there is possibility to change,cancel or stop the order.
Question: My Item has not arrived.
Answer: It takes approx 15 days for delivery under normal circumstances read our Covid-19 Info as it may be delayed.
We send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number where you can track your order at your post office's website, once we have sent the order. The tracking number is working about 2-3 days after we sent you the shipping confirmation email.
Qustion: I have not received any email from you.
Answer: Please check your spam folder and if you can't find it let us know we will resend it after verification your email we have in file is correct.
Question: I have ordered several Items but only one has arrived.
Answer: We are sending from different warehouses so the items are shipped desperately to lower the shipping time.. So it is normal you do not receive all items in the same package.
Question: I am not happy with my Item what can I do?
Answer: Please contact us and explain why you are not happy. Send us a picture of the item and the packing slip so we can see what is your issue. Provide your Name and the Order number so we can assist you faster.
Question: Do you offer a return label?
Answer: No we do not offer free return labels you will have to pay for your return shipping
